Nearly 35 years later, Kiki McDonough has become one of the most desirable British fine jewellery brands. Based in the heart of Chelsea, London Kiki’s flagship store is a haven of iconic colourful jewellery.  Inspired by her customers, her own lifestyle and the ballet, Kiki’s passion for colour, elegance and workmanship is evident in every piece of Kiki McDonough jewellery.

Current Opportunities

Sales and Visual Merchandiser

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury jeweller based in the heart of Sloane Square. The successful candidate will play an important part in the sales team, driving both customer service and sales to achieve targets as well as making sure the flagship store is well presented and visual merchandising is maintained to a high standard.

Core Responsibilities

• Be the main person in charge of stock control levels, accuracy and availability
• Manage and minimise out of stock levels online
• Flag when levels of best sellers are running low
• Manage the barcoding of all stock with the help of the retail team and allocate to relevant areas i.e. repairs, wholesale, retail
• Maintain stock records on the system: code, price, photographs, carat weights, collection
• Lead the annual stock take together with the store Manager and do rolling stock takes
• Produce sales and stock reports for management
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations ensuring the pricing and margins are accurate
• Participate in ad hoc projects in relation to products and sales analysis
• Support the Marketing team with stock in and out of the business to shoots etc.
• Helping to process on-line orders, packing and shipping on occasion.

Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar stock & sales administrator role
• Ability to understand and work with a stock system database
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High level of numerical understanding
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to motivate yourself as well as being a strong team player
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Affinity with Jewellery
N.B. This is a full time, office based role.

Digital Marketing Executive

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive at Kiki McDonough is to assist the Marketing Manager & Marketing Director in supporting the acquisition and engagement of our customers across multiple digital channels including; Ecommerce, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Google Adwords, CRM, Content Marketing and Social Media, driving brand awareness and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Core Responsibilities

Including but not limited to;

• Day to day platform management, including any problem solving and testing, content management and optimisation
• Plan, implement, monitor and report on all social media channels and campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Manage Digital Ad’s
• Analysis of Google Analytics reports
• Manage front end of the website (upload new products, update products and visuals in line with the overall marketing campaign)
• Produce Monthly Newsletters and management of wider CRM programme
• Manage Photography for all channels
• Monitor and report on on-line sales
• Analyse and report on competitor and market
• Assist with market research projects
• Assist in the creation of annual content plan such as videos and blog posts

Profile

This is a pivotal role within the team and we are looking for someone with a high interest and understanding in Ecommerce and Digital marketing

The Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Director, working closely with the Marketing Manager on all brand strategy and communications.
