    Retail Operations assistant– Luxury Jewellery

    Job Description: 

    The Retail Operations Role reports to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in Client Services and the Logistical elements of stock movement and management across all areas of the business. This role is based at our Flagship store, 12 Symons Street London Location and is a full-time role. This is an entry to mid-level role and dependent on relevant experience in a similar operational role within a luxury of fashion environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a beautiful product within an established and growing brand. 

    Key Responsibilities: ​ 

    • You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations and price enquiries. 
    • Liaising with suppliers and workshops to ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders. 
    • Responsible for handling the movement goods in and out of the business. 
    • Responsible for Ecommerce shipments and order send outs for Wholesale Accounts. 
    • Supporting different departments with stock for events and press loans. 
    • Supporting the M&P Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely Assay management. ​ 
    • Organising workshop dispatches and collections via couriers. 
    • Via the relevant courier portals, monitor and record parcels in transit to facilitate any issues via the relevant portals and communicating with the appropriate department. ​ 
    • Organising relevant customs paperwork on shipments. 
    • Monitor and ordering of client and WS packaging for all channels of the business.  
    • Maintain packaging levels for all departments. 
    • Handling rolling stock counts across all collections ensuring accuracy and availability​. 
    • Ensure smooth movement of stock in and out of the business with RTR transfer and approval management. ​ 
    • Receive and record inbound parcels and ensure they are handed to the correct department/ location. ​ 
    • Along with M&P Supervisor onboard replenishment stock and wholesale stock. 
    • Support with QC and onboarding. 
    • Work alongside the retail team to ensure organisational upkeep of overstock. ​ 
    • Manage levels of earring and drop components balancing stock levels

    • Able to work with various delivery portals DHL, Fedex etc. 
    • Numerical and intermediate Excel skills

    • Comfortable with using stock and IT systems (Full Training will be given) 

    *Full time role, Monday to Friday.
