These elegant blue topaz earrings in 18ct white gold feature a glittering diamond bow and pay homage to the sky-blue stone that has captivated Kiki's clients since it was introduced in the 90s.

These 18ct white gold blue topaz and diamond bow stud earrings feature 0.60ct blue topaz and 0.48ct of diamonds. Our blue topaz is sourced from Africa and Brazil.
