Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer an extended returns period for the festive reason.

All purchases made between Monday 1st December and Wednesday 24th December 2025 can be returned for refund or exchange up to and including Monday 12th January 2026.

*Please note this does not include bespoke or customised pieces.

Online & Phone Orders 

 

  • Cancel your order within 14 days of confirmation for a full refund (unworn, undamaged, security tags intact). 

  • Return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt (unworn, original packaging, security tags intact). 

  • Email info@kiki.co.uk or call +44 (0) 20 7730 3323 to initiate return. 

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made instore, you are entitled to receive a credit note or an exchange within 14 working days of the date of purchase. 
Sale items purchased in the Symons Street store may not be returned or exchanged. 
Kiki McDonough Ltd. reserve the right to end the sale early or cancel the sale.

Special/bespoke Orders

Special orders or Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Examples but not limited too; rings that have been made to your size or a specific size, any item ordered in a gold or gemstone colourway that we do not hold in stock or items that have been made to your specification.  

FAQ

Do your jewellery pieces come with a warranty?

Kiki McDonough's pieces are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against the unlikely event of faulty materials or workmanship. During this period pieces will be repaired free of charge providing that:                                              
  1. The piece is returned with evidence of the purchase date.
  2. The piece has not been misused or handled carelessly.
  3. On inspection the piece does not show any undue wear and tear.
  4. Repairs have not been attempted by anyone other than by our service staff.                    

How To RETURN YOUR GOODS?

  1. Notify Kiki McDonough within 14 days of receiving the item. 

  1. Return the item within 21 days using DHL, FedEx (internationally) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK). 

  1. Mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" and insure it for full value. 

  1. Keep your return receipt. 

  1. Refunds (excluding original shipping) will be issued within 30 working days. 

  1. International duties and taxes not refunded. 

Important Note: 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Kiki McDonough is not liable for lost or damaged returns. 

When can I expect my refund?

For Online Orders

Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due within 28 working days.

*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.  

  • Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded. 

  • We will deduct the cost of your return from your refund if we have organised the return on your behalf.  

  • Please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes.
