SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER 

Job Description

Social media

  • You will work with the Marketing Director to agree the overall strategy on the role social media plays for growing the Kiki McDonough brand, and together, you will define a strategy for each of our social spaces, ensuring we set achievable KPIs, contributing to growing the positive reputation and awareness of the brand.
  • Community Management: Be the voice of Kiki, engaging with our following whilst also commenting on external accounts to help build our profile.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of our social content, spotting trends in engagement and ensuring learnings are shared with the wider team for future recommendations.
  • Work closely with the digital manager to identify posts that have performed particularly well which can be boosted.
  • Respond quickly to relevant cultural moments, celebrity activity and trending topics

Content production

  • Create and deliver engaging social content across all platforms, including reels, videos, GIFs, lifestyle product photography and stories
  • Producing and scheduling all consumer brand content across our social channels, newsletters and other ad hoc requests.
  • Create concepts for social content, providing tears and moodboards to visualise your ideas for sign off by the Marketing Director then manage shoot preparation, production and post-production editing for social shoots
  • Manage the generation of creative ideas for social first-content including new launch assets, new categories of content (Bespoke, Sustainability, Gemstones, brand story, Care guides, company culture etc.)
  • Capture events, behind-the-scenes moments, founder-led content and jewellery-focused content
  • Making video content for digital channels; this might be creating social content, product videos, GIFs, or using campaign assets in a fresh way.
  • Ensure correct tagging, UTM links and product information are included in all posts
  • Deliver test-and-learn initiatives to optimise content formats and platform performance
  • Own monthly reporting and insight generation, providing clear recommendations for growth
  • Brand creative: Following briefs to produce all brand assets across web, social, email and video ensuring our brand TOV and brand guidelines are met.
  • Retouch, crop and format assets to ensure brand consistency and high visual standards
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Manager to put together content plans for all product launches and special moments in the Kiki calendar
  • Create a bank of music for the Kiki brand in line with key product launches and campaigns ensuring we are represented as a luxury brand.

Profile:

  • You will have a portfolio showcasing previous experience of digital design and design production tools used for creating assets for a similar luxury brand.
  • A social media enthusiast who lives and lives and breathes Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Linkedin.
  • You’re up to date with social media trends, platform updates and algorithm changes
  • Highly creative, with a keen and elevated eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in content creation across photography, video, and social formats.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, managing a number of tasks with agility
  • Confident in community management and influencer collaborations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role ideally within the luxury / fashion or jewellery sector

RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT 

**This is a full-time role with occasional weekend work on a rota.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury jeweller based in the heart of Sloane Square. The successful candidate will join our retail sales team, and will be responsible for driving both customer service and sales to achieve brand targets in our flagship store. As well as making sure the displays and window visual merchandising is maintained to a high standard.

Core responsibilities but not limited to are:

  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries.
  • Maintaining impactful instore and window visual displays.
  • Ensuring delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone.
  • Proactive selling to clients developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience.
  • Assisting the RM with general store operations.
  • Assisting with stock counts as required.
  • Representing the brand and maintaining high standards across the board.
  • Supporting the merchandising team and other departments as required.
  • Assisting at events as required.
  • Supporting at client events as required.

Profile:

  • Experience in luxury retail beneficial
  • Jewellery experience essential
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
