    Hiring 

    Merchandising + Operations Executive– Luxury Jewellery  

    Job Description 

    The Stock Control and Operations role sits within the Merchandising and Production Team and plays an integral part in the logistical elements of stock movement and management across all areas of the business. 

    Key Responsibilities: Merchandising and Operations Executive​ 

    Stock: 

    • Handling rolling stock counts across all collections ensuring accuracy and availability​. 
    • Ensure smooth movement of stock in and out of the business with RTR transfer and approval management. ​ 
    • Receive and record inbound parcels and ensure they are handed to the correct department/ location. ​ 
    • Along with M&P Supervisor onboard replenishment stock and wholesale stock. 
    • Work alongside the retail team to ensure organisational upkeep of overstock. ​ 
    • Manage levels of earring and drop components balancing stock levels​. 

    Operations: 

    • Arrange order send outs for Wholesale Accounts with the Wholesale team. 
    • Monitoring Dropship portals + stock holding for stock accuracy. 
    • Managing Dropship send outs for wholesale clients. 
    • Supporting the Wholesale team with new stock selections for dropship operations. 
    • Supporting Wholesale team with stock for events and consignment. 
    • Supporting the M&P Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely Assay management. ​ 
    • Monitor stock in all locations of the business.  
    • Workshop dispatches and collections via couriers. 
    • Monitor and record parcels in transit to facilitate any issues via the relevant portals and communicating with the appropriate department. ​ 
    • Support processing sales orders for E-commerce during peak.​ 
    • Monitor and ordering of client and WS packaging for all channels of the business.  
    • Maintain packaging levels for all departments. 

    Skills + Attributes required: 

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office  
    • Able to work with various delivery portals DHL, Fedex etc. 
    • Numerical and intermediate Excel skills  
    • Good analytical skills 
    • Good organisation skills 
    • Able to multi-task and prioritise 
    • Accuracy and attention to detail 
    • Comfortable with using stock and IT systems (Full Training will be given) 
    • Personable + Positive

    Marketing Coordinator at  Kiki McDonough Ltd 

    Job Description 

    The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide support to his/her colleagues within the Marketing and wider teams as required. The role would suit a recent Marketing Graduate wanting to work within Marketing. The role requirements below but not limited to are: 

     

    • Supporting the marketing team with various organisational elements.​ 
    • Producing a variety of sales and organisational tools. 
    • Organising Look Books and Price lists with Merchandise Manager.  
    • Preparing and updating assets for Wholesale partners. 
    • Being the point of contact for the media agency and ensuring that ads are submitted and approved on time, under the direction of the marketing director. Supplying assets and managing media bookings and ensuring calendar management. ​ 
    • Maintaining and populating the marketing content calendar for the weekly team meeting and taking and circulating minutes.   
    • Catalogue mailing database management.​​ 
    • Ecommerce administrative support.  
    • Help produce a variety of media across all areas of the business, including window visuals, in-store graphics and POS. 
    • Support and prepare internal PowerPoint presentations for the creative services function. 
    • Support with product picking for shoots/events. 
    • Support with event preparation. 

     

    Skills and experience required: 

    • Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe CC Suite, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint. Use of basic After Effects would be highly beneficial.  
    • A strong proactive attitude and a real passion for great design and creative and the confidence to take ownership of projects
