An elegant freshwater pearl sits amongst a halo of blue topaz gemstones with an eye-catching diamond accent, set in 18ct yellow gold with a clippable bail (pearl is approximately 1.64ct, blue topaz is 0.96ct, diamond is 0.05ct).
