Perfect for layering or wearing alone, this delicate 'Star' necklace features diamond and sapphire stars with blue topaz accents, set in 18ct yellow gold on a 17" chain (blue topaz is approximately 1.77ct, sapphire is 0.06ct diamond weight is 0.60ct).
